SUMMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment and Inclusions

Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. The summit fee does not include travel expenses or accommodations.  Attendees must make travel and accommodation arrangements on their own. 

Attendance and participation at the summit is limited to registered attendees who have paid the summit registration fee.  The registration fee includes attendance in all sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Schedule Changes

It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the CTI, to change program content, speakers and/or time blocks.  CTI is not liable for any changes.

Electronic Devices

All electronic devices must be turned off during sessions.

Sharing of Information

Participant registration information will be used by CTI only.

Sale or Display of Merchandise

Sale or public display of any merchandise or products at any location other than that specifically permitted by CTI is prohibited.  Violators will be subject to cancellation, forfeit of their registration fee and revocation of their summit participation. 

Damages and Liability

CTI accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage to the attendee’s property or injury or death to the attendee’s employees, agents or representatives arising from or in connection with this summit.

Failure to Perform

CTI shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organization, its employees, agents or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, the following Acts of God: fire, flood, explosion, accident, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict.
