The Co-active Summit:
Experience Transformative Change
February 24-26, 2011, Marco Island, Florida

Our collective Co-active desire is to effect sustainable change in the world in new and bolder ways. And we need you. Join us for the first-ever global Co-active Summit.

This highly experiential Summit is constructed to give everyone who attends a unique pathway on a contextual journey that we all share in common. You’ll connect with other community members, learn new tools for success, and walk away inspired and ready to help in the unfolding story of Co-active Coaching and Leadership.

Each participatory activity created for the Summit is steeped in the same context and builds on the last, effectively coordinating your journey with all the other journeys being taken. During this choreographed process, different learnings gathered by everyone will ultimately inform our collective and individual actions for change.

Summit Highlights

And while the Co-active Summit is focused on learning, transformation, and collaboration (dare we say, “work?”), we will also spend time to celebrate and express our gratitude together.

The Co-active Summit will also offer:

  • An opening interactive exercise that all attendees will co-actively create
  • An evening dessert and dancing beach party to relax and kick up your heels
  • A "conversation cafe" to facilitate discussion and collaboration
  • Interactive coaching exercises

Be a part of this truly transformative experience!
