Ken Oakley, PCC, CPCC is a trainer, leadership consultant, and coach dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential and thrive in all areas of their lives. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with thousands of people worldwide to maximize joy, satisfaction, and effectiveness.
Ken focuses on three areas: relationship coaching – helping people find and enhance healthy relationships; business building – using social media to simplify marketing and leverage results; and somatic learning – accessing the wisdom of the body.
A former owner of Body Electric School (specializing in massage and meditation), Ken is currently Director of Social Marketing for Inspired on Demand, a business-development company specializing in helping solo-entrepreneurs build thriving businesses. Ken is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, EQi, and EQ360, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Sandra Olper, CPCC, ACC, has a passion for helping people discover who they really want to be. Her strong connection, liveliness, authenticity and playfulness are all very evident when she is coaching her clients and when she is facilitating workshops.
Sandra was born and raised in Mexico City. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University, and specialized in Clinical Psychology from the UNAM.
Along with her husband and two young daughters, Sandra has enjoyed the experience of living abroad in different countries in Europe and America. Her understanding of cross-cultural issues has proven to be a great asset in her work with people who have relocated.
Ursula Pottinga is a CPCC who believes strongly in the power of weaving wisdom, intuition, and spirituality into a practical, useful form. Her passion for learning and creative expression is a hallmark of her work, which includes co-founding AmeriCoach, and more recently, co-founding Everest Hospitality Consulting for the hotel and hospitality industry.
Ursula is a co-founder and partner in BEabove Leadership, which focuses on organizational transformation and transformational leadership. She is a certified prosperity guide who leads workshops and provides coaching on creating abundance.
Gonan Premfors, CPCC, is a CTI Front of the Room Leader, coach, and entrepreneur living in Dubai and working all over the world. She also owns The Coaches Training Institute Dubai, which she brought to the region in 2005. Gonan is passionate about human consciousness, her daughter, and the combination of the two. Many years of working closely with parents helped her create Parentology philosophy, which she created in cooperation with Henry Kimsey-House.
Johan Premfors, CPCC, is a CTI Front of the Room Leader, entrepreneur, and coach with a passion for different cultures and children.
Johan runs CTI in Dubai and Bahrain and is a prominent coach in the banking, finance, and private enterprise sectors in the region. Johan’s passion for Parentology stems from years of coaching parents, his personal experience of the work of UNICEF, and other child-related agencies in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and East Africa, and through his involvement in local schools.
Clive is a coach and trainer with ten years’ experience working alongside leaders to drive transformative change. He is also a faculty member for CTI, teaching the core curriculum and leading certification pods.
His interest in developing human consciousness spans fifteen years and includes a five-year period of immersive study as a full-time student in a yoga meditation ashram. In addition, Clive has studied several models (including Maslow, Ken Wilbur’s Integral Model, and Spiral Dynamics, as well as Kegan’s work) describing the development path of individual and collective consciousness. He is excited about the chance to integrate the frameworks of these models into the Co-active arena.
Clive has an MA in Engineering and Management from the University of Cambridge, England. In addition, he has a CPCC: from The Coaches Training Institute and a PCC from the International Coaches Federation.
Laurie Riker, CPCC, is a dynamic group facilitator with expertise in individual awareness, organizational development, and educational plan implementation.
Laurie has led hundreds of motivational sessions that have encouraged individual and team growth. Her strength is in creating road maps that bridge individual objectives to goal achievement. She helps implement processes for teams to identify, develop, and cultivate the talent necessary for a win-win environment. Her diversified industry experience includes working with Fortune 50 companies in hi-tech, financial, manufacturing, at-risk youth and non-profit sectors.
Chuck Roppel was trained and functioned as a Catholic priest in the early years of his career. From this role, he evolved into health promotion and disease prevention work within the framework of Community Mental Health Centers in Kentucky and California.
He has been the Director of the San Francisco Mental Health Association and for 13 years, he served as the Director of the California State Department of Mental Health’s Office of Prevention and Mental Health Promotion.
Since 2000, Chuck has been a faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute, maintaining a private life coaching practice and training Co-active coaches throughout the world. He is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation.
Lisa Rost brings her love of the The Great Mystery and The Universe Story to the dance (on and off the dance floor). She has practiced and trained extensively in Soul Motion™, which is a “philosophy of movement as prayer, meditation and creative expression that catalyzes personal transformation.”
Lisa is a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Program and is a regular presenter of a movement program for this program. For many years she has facilitated an ongoing weekly dance and moving meditation class in Sebastopol, CA.
Lisa continues to explore creative self-exploration and learning in such activities as “Body Tales”, world travel, and art. She lives in an old converted barn in West Sonoma County with dramatic mountain views above sprawling apple orchards framed by giant redwood trees. She spends her free time gardening and chasing her 12 chickens.
Andrew Sheridan, CPCC, is a Professional Co-active Coach and leadership development trainer. Working with international organizations and individuals, Andrew stands firm in the belief that the value of a life authentically lived is a cornerstone to a more fulfilling, purpose-led existence.
A former corporate junkie, Andrew has spent recent years undertaking in-depth study and research in the fields of social science, psychology, and management theory. An ardent believer in the power of what’s possible when we put the human back into being, back into BEING, Andrew’s work is based on a very simple, yet compelling methodology: model the change we wish to see, be conscious of what we’re creating, and pay it forward.

Art Shirk, EdD, PCC is a designer and faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute. He leads CTI’s Co-active Leadership Program in the USA and Europe, and certifies coaches to use the Leadership Circle Profile.
Art develops leaders from the inside-out and enables leaders, teams, and communities to harness the power of conflict and creative tension. He is a founding partner of Coaching Hall International based in Bogotá Colombia where he designs and leads programs in Latin America.
Art received his doctoral degree from Columbia University in Organization and Leadership Development, and has held senior roles at Princeton University, Fidelity Investments, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts degree program in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change at the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon.
Doug Silsbee, PCC, is a thought leader in the fields of presence-based coaching, leadership development, and resilience. A master teacher, he has developed leaders on five continents. His work integrates mindfulness, somatics, and integral psychology into a robust approach to sustainable human development.
Doug is a Master Somatic Coach with Strozzi Institute, and author of two leading coaching books, The Mindful Coach and Presence-Based Coaching. He is a popular presenter at conferences for ICF, OD Network, and the International Association of Facilitators.
With his wife Walker, Doug owns a carbon-neutral mountain retreat center in North Carolina where Doug offers ICF-approved training in his unique coaching methods. They have three grown children, an adored grandson, and a Quechua Indian god-daughter in Peru.

Okokon Udo, PhD, CPCC, is a change management consultant, spiritual director, certified coach, educator and author. For over twenty years, Okokon has walked the spiritual path and in the process has discovered valuable insights to healing, transformation and wisdom.
He has journeyed with individuals, groups, communities and organizations on their own paths to spiritual discovery, healing and excellence. Nine years ago, Okokon founded his own organizational effectiveness consulting firm, an international consultancy focused on leadership development, intercultural effectiveness, change management, and more.
Okokon is a majority owner of the Intercultural Leadership International, a global Intercultural Excellence consulting firm. He has also served as the executive director of the Center for Cross-Cultural Health, an assistant professor at two universities, a certified clinical pastoral educator and chaplain in two health care systems, and as a pastoral leader in a wide variety of settings in the US and Nigeria.
Okokon, a leader in the Co-active Leadership Program, is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts degree program in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change at the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon.
Nancy Winship is a consultant with twenty-five years of experience working with leaders, teams, and organizations as a coach and facilitator. She is deeply interested in how leaders learn and mature, and how they cope with change, particularly as their roles become increasingly complex and ambiguous.
Nancy has held numerous positions as an internal and external leadership consultant for many Fortune 500 companies as well as for global non-profit organizations. She led the design team for the current Microsoft executive development program, “Adaptive Leadership” and is a preferred facilitator for the program. The content of that program is source material for this CTI Summit Pathway.
Nancy has a BA in Philosophy, Oberlin College an MBA from Northwestern University, and a Masters in Applied Behavioral Sciences; Leadership Institute of Seattle. In addition, she is a candidate for CTI certification and multiple certifications, including “The Immunity to Change.”
Jing Ye, CPCC, ORSCC, is known as “Quiet Storm” as a coach and leader. She invites individuals and groups to look beyond what they see and challenges them to trust their own abilities to break boundaries and limitations.
For the last 20 years, Jing has made a few leaps on her career path – from an assistant judge in China, to an IT and business crew at IBM, and now a coach and facilitator.
